As part of the IV Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States and the European Union (CELAC-EU) 2025, to be held in Santa Marta on November 9 and 10, the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has presented the official mobile application “Cumbres COL.”
This digital tool seeks to promote modern and efficient diplomacy, ensuring that attendees enjoy a “streamlined, connected, and informed” experience.
The “Cumbres COL” app is considered by the Colombian Foreign Ministry to be an innovative solution designed to put all relevant information about the event “at the fingertips” of delegates and participants.

The platform offers multiple essential features for the logistics and development of the Summit:
- Simultaneous interpretation in four languages: provides real-time interpretation services during the Plenary Session in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and French, facilitating multilateral communication.
- Real-time transportation information: attendees will be able to check transportation routes and updated schedules to optimize their travel within the host city.
- Complete schedule: allows users to access the detailed official agenda of the Summit, as well as other content of interest related to the event.

To access the application, attendees must download it and use their identification credentials. The login process requires the user’s document type and number.
The application is available for download on mobile devices through the App Store and Google Play app stores. Alternatively, users can scan the QR code or access the web version of the tool.
